So, job well done right? Not so fast. As it turned out, even though our client was thrilled with their current paint systems, they didn’t want to rest on any laurels. They wanted to further purify their atomized air, to achieve the finest atomization possible, for as many coatings as possible. They want optimization and improvements, and they came to us see what we could do for them. After assessing our capabilities and our customer’s needs, we decided to take on the grueling task.
This proved to be a challenge akin to Hannibal crossing the Alps. Our experts spent over two exhausting years – and went through seven filter designs and sprayer revisions – before finally nailing down a functional filter design that met the client’s engineering requirements. A new and revolutionary six-stage turbine spraying system was developed, producing 11.5 PSI and to date remaining the only turbine ever to achieve full HVLP capability.
