ULPA Air Filters

APC designs and manufactures a variety of OEM, aftermarket and custom ULPA filters for industrial, commercial and household equipment and appliances. ULPA filters (Ultra Low Particulate Air) as defined by the Institute of Environmental Science & Technology must capture 99.9995% to 99.999995% of contaminants at 0.12 microns in size.

ULPA filter air testing is performed in-house to IEST recommended practices IEST-RP-CC007.2, IEST-RP-CC034.3 including IEST-RP-CC021.3 filter media testing by APC’s accredited engineering team. Each filter is labeled noting filter efficiency, pressure drop, rated air flow, serial number and lot number for unit tracking to meet our ISO quality assurance standards.

APC is the only air filter manufacturer within our industry that provides complete in-house appliance and equipment integrity testing to ensure the actual appliance/equipment is performing leak free to meet ULPA filtration standards. We work with independent Laboratories and Universities in the USA, Canada and China when third party testing is required for 99.9995% to 99.999995% filter efficiency verification.
