APC designs and manufacturers filters in virtually any shape including heptagon, decagon, hexagon, pentagon, nonagon and triangle. Filter frames and end cap materials range from plastic (ABS, PVC, PS and more), polyurethane (Shore A to D scale), metal (extruded aluminum and galvanized metal) and wood.

Filters can be designed to meet airflow ranges from 1 to 5000 SCFM with filter efficiencies ranging from 60 to 99.999995%. MERV ratings range from 11 to 15. We manufacturer and test critical air filters to North American IEST standards and European BS EN1822-05:2009 standards. APC complies with ISO 14/12/9 particle count and ISO 9001:2008 quality manufacturing standards. Air filter leak testing, fractional efficiency testing, air filter certification, appliance/equipment integrity testing, dust load testing including private label product manufacturing and contract manufacturing are just a few value added services we provide.

As a specialty custom shop, we are flexible and capable to provide quick turnaround on product design, prototyping, testing and production. Annual production capacity depends on the size and complexity of the air filter, for example, we can supply up to 1,000,000 small filters per year or fewer than 100,000 filters for our largest size. We also provide just-in-time, consolidated shipping, global freight management, global warehousing and Kanban services for all of our facilities and warehouse locations in Canada, the U.S. and China.
